📋 Spa Policies:

Appointments

• All services are by appointment only.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and settle in.

• New clients will receive a brief consultation before the start of their first service.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

• Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from booking.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

Payments

• We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

• All prices are subject to change.

Health & Safety

• Please inform your esthetician of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent procedures prior to your service.

• For the safety of your skin, avoid using Retinols, exfoliants, or tanning products 3–5 days before your facial or waxing appointment

Refund

• Services and deposits are non-refundable, but your satisfaction is always our priority. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
